Delivery Options Overview
ABEE APPLIANCES offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. We have partnered with 3rd party shipping agents to deliver across the country and we provide tracking codes for each package.
1. Order the Product and Specify the Delivery Method

3. Wait for Your Order to Arrive
4. Pick up Your Order at The Checkout Area
Exchange or Return of Goods
Goods once delivered and accepted in good condition cannot be returned unless defective and returned to us by customer under warranty.
Any warranty claim is handled by customer returning the goods to our warranty center in Nairobi, Kampus Towers, Ground floor.
Your payment confirmation or invoice is sufficient for warranty claim. Purchase date will be used
to determine validity of warranty.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Out inhouse delivery model is operational during holidays for orders within Nairobi metropolitan.
Our courier partners will deliver to your door if you are within 2 KMs from main towns in Kenya
Otherwise you may have to collect your package from the nearest town in your county.
Nairobi metropolitan orders are shipped and delivered on the same day if made before 2PM
An agent can collect for you and provide any acceptable Identification.
